Studio IX's Policies

Appointments

Thank you for choosing our salon! We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointments. If you anticipate being late, please reach out to us as soon as possible. For a more relaxing experience, we recommend leaving children at home, as our seating is limited. Please note that you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your stylist may need to reschedule your appointment. Lastly, we appreciate you coming in with clean, dry hair. We look forward to seeing you!

Cancellations & Rescheduling 

Note that any rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, and/or if you reschedule an appointment more than twice, a 50% booking cancellation fee will apply and/or you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit. Thank you for your understanding!

Extensions

Before purchasing hair extensions, guests are required to sign a contract that outlines the maintenance and care requirements. All Hair Sales are Final Sale, If an issue occurs during the wear life of the extensions will be happy to advise and diagnose the issue and find a resolution. It is important to adhere to these guidelines, as failure to do so may result in additional charges from the stylist to resolve any issues. Take note to always come to your appointment with clean, dry and smooth hair. If you fail to do so this will result in additional charge and time at your extension appointment. Please note that hair must remain in the salon until it is installed; any hair left uninstall for over six months will become the property of the stylist. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Refunds

At Studio IX, all services and retail purchases are final.

We do not offer refunds of any kind.

Our time, expertise, and premium products are reserved specifically for each guest, and once a service has been completed or a product has been opened or purchased, it cannot be refunded.

If you have any concerns regarding your service, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we may assess and , if appropriate, offer an adjustment at our discretion. Adjustment appointments must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe and do not include refunds or credits.

Due to the customized nature of hair extensions, color services and specialty treatments, all deposits, services, and products are non-refundable.

By booking an appointment or making a purchase with Studio IX, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
